The specific steps in out exclusive 20-step manufacturing proces (using an EX cartridge as an example) Completely disassemble cartridge, clean and inspect. Disassemble mag roller assembly, resurface mag roller as necessary. Clean and inspect toner hopper tank and replace if necessary. Split toner hopper using patented process. Seal toner hopper with OEM type heat pressure seal to ensure 100% leak free closure. Modify mag roller housing to prevent leaking. Install mag roller assembly, adjust to factory specification. Electrical test mag roller to ensure the highest print quality possible. Inspect doctor blade, replace with new if necessary. Fill toner tank with Nu-kote premium graphics toner. Remove, clean, and inspect waste toner receptacle. Remove PCR, resurface as necessary. Replace with new aftermarket wiper blade. Replace any and all parts necessary in waste hopper for optimum performance. Install new aftermarket Long Life Drum. Reassemble cartridge to OEM specifications, replacing any worn or defective parts (assembly pins, springs, etc.) for optimum performance. Outbound test every cartridge for OPC integrity, magnetic roller electrical continuity, and print density. Package cartridges in anti-static bag. Include operation / insertion / cleaning instruction sheet. Use proprietary shipping box and insert for maximum protection during shipping and handling.
